What Do We Do?
We specialize in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and improvements for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and large international organisations. We carry out contract work at offices of such enterprises who need our help whether it be simple invoice processing to assist with a backlog, or improving a company’s way of operating its Accounts Payable function, we are here to help.
What experience do we have?
Company Director Tom Horton has eleven years experience in working in an Accounts Payable environment at a large utility company. His roles have varied from basic administration to the technical aspects of the ERP system used by the department.
In addition to this, he has also been pro-active in the development of P2P (Procure to Pay) processes in large organisations, and even travelled to the United States of America to learn how to set up an ERP system from literally nothing to a fully operational system a business could take on. His help and expertise in this field has helped higher management make various key decisions.
Having now set up his own company, Tom wants to bring all his knowledge to other organisations who would benefit from improvements in process.
